Stop apache virtualization.

# vi /etc/systemd/system/apache2.service
PrivateTmp=true ==> PrivateTmp=false

# ln -s /lib/systemd/system/apache2.service  /etc/systemd/system/apache2.service

Create the following empty files and directory:
